1. Who we are
ROPai is an AI call quality-control platform for sales teams. This policy covers the marketing site (ropai.uz) and the customer platform (app.ropai.uz).
2. What data we collect
On the site: name and phone number from the demo request form. On the platform: call recordings and transcripts from sources your organization connects, CRM/telephony data (amoCRM, Sipuni), user accounts (name, email, role), and service usage logs.
3. How we use data
To score calls against quality criteria, build reports and analytics, and provide and improve the service. Call audio and transcripts are analyzed by AI (Google Gemini) only within your organization's scope. Your data is never sold for advertising.
4. Third-party services
We use Google Gemini / Vertex AI for analysis, amoCRM and Sipuni for integrations, and Telegram for notifications. Data is shared with these providers only to the extent required to operate the service; their own privacy policies apply.
5. Data retention
Data is kept for the duration of the subscription. When an organization account is deleted, its data is removed; backups may persist for a limited time for technical reasons.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, secrets are stored encrypted, and each organization's data is accessible only to its own users (organization-level isolation).
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us and requests will be handled within a reasonable time.
8. Cookies & analytics
The site uses only technically necessary cookies (language, theme). No third-party ad trackers are used.
